"When I found out that I would be reviewing Gangrena - The Zombie Survival Society, I was a bit overly excited but apprehensive because let’s face it, I'm a few album reviews behind, damn statistic homework and Let’s not forget the mysterious rants I seem to be having with a factitious entity on facebook, those that follow me, must think I’m off my medication. Haha…where was I…

Fire yourself up and enjoy some zombie grind anytime, anywhere. Two things that struck me when listening to Gangrena - The Zombie Survival Society, the first was that it was potent and powerful enough to stand up prominently among any other zombie goregrind album and two, it offers a nice balanced compliment of brutal power and keeps you interested all the way through even if you’re not a fan of zombie metal.

Trust me; if you’ve never had the pleasure of listening to Gangrena then you have done yourself an egregious disservice. Here are two of my favorite people both musically and behind the scenes chats…Markus E. Malkavelkian and Beast Butcher we the fan know him as Charles Butcher from his other projects Satanic Butcher and Anal Disfigurement. Be sure to check those out also on TFR.
